New post on Year of Grace
I want to get my whole conversion journal up in the next few weeks, so I will be trying to update Year of Grace as often as possible. If you are new to SCE, why not take a look at my conversion story and learn a bit more of the grace behind the mystery that brought me to where I am now...

This would be a page turner which would keep me up all night, except that we have to wait until you post the next page....
I really appreciate the priest who said that P should come see him, and told you to remind P that he might die tomorrow. It shows that this priest really believes that the Catholic Church is The Church and that if you really know it is, and die outside of it, you could be damned for it.
Thanks for sharing your story with us.

Dear Susan,
The (then-)Priest is none other than the (now-)Bishop Anthony Fisher, head of World Youth Day Sydney.
You can see why they chose him!
Sorry that my page turner is so slow in being published. I will try to keep up the pace a little!
There is actually a fair bit to go as I describe the difficulties of actually getting myself out of the Lutheran Ministry and into the Catholic Church. As Fr Denis Stanley, another adviser to me at the time, said: "Between the saying and the doing there is a deep blue sea" (old Italian saying, apparently).
